Step 1 Fill out the form
If you have any questions prior to getting started, we are available by phone, email or fill out the form below for more information.
Step 2 Check your email
Once we receive your booking information (from step 1) you will receive an email, shortly after that, containing a all-in-one contract/credit card authorization form.
Step 3 Email your signed document
Next, scan and email the signed all-in-one contract/credit card authorization form back to moviescreens@yahoo.com.
Your deposit will be charged to your credit card. Deposits are 50 percent down.
NOTE: Your event date will ONLY BE HELD when we have charged the deposit on your credit card.
Step 4 Pick a movie
Simply supply us the movie the day of your event.
We need both Blue Ray & DVD supplied.
The integrity of the DVD you provide is your responsibility and Movies in the Moonlight cannot be held responsible. We highly recommend testing the DVD prior to your event for sound and picture quality.
NOTE: We will provide the DVD and Blu-ray ONLY if set up with the client in advance.
Step 5 Pay the remaining balance
When our crew arrives at your event, the second half of your payment will be due. We accept checks or we can charge the remaining balance to your card on file.
